Territory Sales Manager Concrete South East – Chelmsford Competitive Salary + Excellent Benefits + bonus + Company Car

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for building strong customer relationships and driving business growth? Heidelberg Materials is looking for a Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to lead a portfolio of customer accounts across a defined geographical region.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
  • Develop and execute structured call cycles using digital tools (e.g., video calls) to maintain strong customer engagement.
  • Prepare quotes, support tender submissions, and contribute to annual sales budgets and forecasts.
  • Resolve customer queries promptly.
  • Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase share of wallet.
  • Build and maintain long-term commercial relationships aligned with the Market Strategy Plan (MSP).
  • Collaborate with operations and logistics to ensure seamless product and service delivery.
  • Identify and communicate market insights and customer needs to internal teams.
  • Track and forecast customer metrics and project outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and SAP systems, ensuring all sales processes are followed.
  • Leverage market data (e.g., ABI) and Net Promoter Scores (NPS) to identify opportunities and improve customer experience.
