We’re creating the next generation of ADP and we need your help to do it. In Sales, we’re all about growing the UK business and we know the future of ADP depends on hiring people who can make a difference here. You will connect with prospects and sell ADP's products and services to businesses with up to 300 employees. You will sell to one to two decision makers and will be expected to demo our software and manage the entire sales cycle through first contact to the final close.
Leads will be passed from marketing but you will generate further new business leads yourself through networking, cross-selling, upselling and cold-calling. This is a sophisticated consultative sale which requires listening to the client and tailoring solutions to their needs.
The successful candidate will be upbeat, positive and friendly and at ease talking on the phone to senior decision-makers, qualifying opportunities and closing business.
