- Lead and mentor commercial staff, ensuring projects are resourced effectively.
- Degree or professional qualification (or equivalent experience).
- Strong experience in commercial management within rail infrastructure or construction
- Skilled negotiator with experience resolving contract disputes.
- Knowledge of industry conditions of contract.
- Salary up to £65,000
- 28 days annual leave + bank holidays.
