A growing Lloyd's syndicate is looking for a Compliance Officer to support regulatory responsibilities and maintain governance frameworks. The ideal candidate will have compliance experience in the insurance industry and a solid understanding of FCA rules. This position offers a chance to work closely with the Head of Compliance in London.
Qualificações
- Individual with Compliance experience gained in the Insurance industry.
- Good understanding of FCA rules and guidelines.
Responsabilidades
- Support the assignment of regulatory reporting responsibilities.
- Assist in drafting, implementing and embedding policies, procedures and controls.
- Strengthen governance and risk management frameworks.
- Assist in reviewing the quarterly sanctions.
- Conduct due diligence for marine cargo screenings.
- Prepare compliance and governance reports.
- Conduct horizon scanning to track regulatory and market developments.
Conhecimentos
