Job summary

A growing Lloyd's syndicate is looking for a Compliance Officer to support regulatory responsibilities and maintain governance frameworks. The ideal candidate will have compliance experience in the insurance industry and a solid understanding of FCA rules. This position offers a chance to work closely with the Head of Compliance in London.

Qualifications

• Individual with Compliance experience gained in the Insurance industry.
• Good understanding of FCA rules and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support the assignment of regulatory reporting responsibilities.
• Assist in drafting, implementing and embedding policies, procedures and controls.
• Strengthen governance and risk management frameworks.
• Assist in reviewing the quarterly sanctions.
• Conduct due diligence for marine cargo screenings.
• Prepare compliance and governance reports.
• Conduct horizon scanning to track regulatory and market developments.
