A leading cooperative society in Manchester is seeking a Risk and Compliance Analyst to join their Legal Services team. This hybrid role involves supporting various legal and regulatory matters within an ethical organization. Candidates should have experience in regulated law firms, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office. The position offers a salary between £25,000 to £32,000 plus an annual bonus and benefits including 28 days of holiday, pension contributions, and wellness programs.

We’re looking for a Risk and Compliance Analyst to join our Co-op Legal Services (CLS) team in Manchester and support on a range of legal and regulatory matters. We’re known for our ethical approach, innovative use of technology, and dedication to our member-owners, customers, and colleagues. We’re a leading provider of probate, estate planning, and private client services with a portfolio of commercial partnerships and blue chip clients in the financial advisory, insurance, and banking sectors.
In this role, we’ll expect you to be our go-to administrator and data analyst for risk and compliance. You’ll be involved in activities that involve the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) code of conduct, conflict and client identification, data protection, anti-money laundering, complaint handling, professional indemnity insurance and negligence claims. You’ll be analysing data and information to assess problems and develop solutions, supported by senior colleagues in your team.
