A prominent recruitment agency seeks an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the CEO in a dynamic role. The candidate must have 10+ years of experience, be tech-savvy, and bring excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will manage the CEO's diary and act as a gatekeeper, while also handling some private duties. A proactive and composed approach is essential. The position offers a salary of £110,000 – £130,000 gross per year with potential for remote work.
Hours: 8.30am – 6.30pm (remote working when Principal is travelling)

For a very successful, global investment firm in Mayfair, we are looking for an exceptional EA to support the CEO in a traditional support role.
The CEO is very fast paced and often travels so he needs an EA who can keep on top of his ever-changing diary and inbox and be confident to act as a proper gatekeeper to him. We are looking for an EA to really invest in the company and get to know themselves the priorities of the business. The role therefore requires a candidate who has very slick and clear communication and is able to focus on the detail that really matters, always being a step or two ahead of the CEO.
A candidate who is very tech savvy, forward thinking and proficient with the use of AI would do well in this role. We are looking for an academic who is very strong at problem solving and critical thinking too with a good sense of humour and humility.
There will be a small proportion of private duties to assist the CEO in bridging the gap between his work and personal life.
We are looking for a candidate who will bring a proactive, flexible, and composed approach to an ever-changing environment.
