A community health organization in Greater London is seeking a dedicated individual to oversee team supervision and engage with patients across various platforms. The role involves managing the daily workload and training Patient Assistants, ensuring quality service within a supportive environment. This position requires 32 hours of work per week, offering an inclusive approach to recruitment to make the process accessible for all candidates.
Responsabilités
- Supervise the day-to-day workload of the team.
- Engage and communicate with patients through various means.
- Conduct training sessions with Patient Assistants.
To support the Partners in delivering the Vision, Mission and Values of the Bromley by Bow Health Partnership.
- Team Supervision and Line Management
- Supervision of day to day workload of the PAT
- Contact with patients in reception, through phones or via digital means
- Training with Patient Assistants
- Engagement with patients
Bromley by Bow Health Centre are part of the Bromley by Bow Partnership – we have a list size of around 7500.
The position is for 32 hours a week between Monday and Friday.
