We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Administration Officer to join our Medical Records team. This position primarily covers Mondays, with flexible working times, and offers the opportunity to take on additional shifts as available.
This role is perfect for someone looking to pick up extra work, upskill in a new area, and open themselves to new opportunities while still maintaining other commitments.
The medical records process ensures patient documentation is accurately prepared, scanned, quality checked, and uploaded into digital medical record systems. In this role, you will primarily manage the loose sheet scanner, ensuring documents of care are accurately scanned, finalised, and uploaded into digital medical records.
You will receive comprehensive training across all stages of the medical records workflow, from reception through to finalisation, ensuring you are fully equipped, confident, and skilled in all areas of the role.
