A healthcare organization in the UK is seeking a Band 3 Admin Support to join the Adult Neurodevelopment Admin Team. The role requires strong communication, organizational, and secretarial skills for effective administration support. We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Band 3 Admin Support within our Adult Neurodevelopment Admin Team.
We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent communication, organisational and secretarial skills to support the administration function.
• You will have good organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.• Our full electronic patient record system is central to our work, so accurate record keeping is critical; you must be able to concentrate in a busy working environment.• The successful candidate will provide an efficient and comprehensive administration service to support the wide range of clinicians within the teams.• You will work within a busy integrated and skill mixed team, confidently and empathetically handling sensitive telephone calls and complaints, with an excellent telephone manner.• You must work well as part of a team, relying on each other for workload support and guidance with sensitive patient queries.
• Excellent telephone manner, high level communication skills, and the ability to type letters accurately.• Attention to detail and a positive, compassionate approach to supporting patient care.• Ability to build effective working relationships, be approachable and accessible with a flexible approach to work.
