Job summary
A leading real estate firm in the United Kingdom is seeking an Executive / Sr. Executive in the Accounts department. The role involves maintaining financial records, preparing statements, managing cash flow, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. Candidates should exhibit skills in accounting software and financial analysis. This position supports the company's growth and requires dedication and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Maintain all accounting records, ledgers, and vouchers related to company financial transactions.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in preparing project-wise cost analysis and profitability reports.
- Handle supplier, vendor, and client billing, collection, and payment reconciliation.
- Manage daily cash flow, bank reconciliation, and fund management activities.
- Support annual budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax (TDS/TCS), and other statutory requirements.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities as needed.
- Maintain accuracy in Oracle or ERP accounting entries and ensure timely posting.
Context: Basic Builders Ltd. which is a leading Real Estate Company in Bangladesh. Right now we are looking for Executive / Sr. Executive under the Accounts department, who will share our pride and support our continuous business growth by showcasing his talent, skill, experience, expertise, dedication, integrity, accountability & transparency.
- Maintain all accounting records, ledgers and vouchers related to company financial transactions.

- Assist in preparing project‑wise cost analysis and profitability reports.
- Handle supplier, vendor, and client billing, collection and payment reconciliation, prepare & entry accounting software.
- Manage daily cash flow, bank reconciliation and fund management activities.
- Support annual budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax (TDS/TCS), and other statutory requirements as per Bangladesh laws.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks and regulatory authorities as needed.
- Maintain accuracy in Oracal or ERP accounting entries and ensure timely posting.
