YOUR ROLE

Be a key player of the Treasury transformation of the Logistics division and perform various treasury activities (bank statements management / reconciliation, daily cash position, balancing transfers, intercompany financing needs) in an international Group rules.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

• Optimize, manage and report on the daily liquidity position, arrange for cash centralization and prepare documentation for (internal) funding
• Bank Account Management (maintain a good overview over the banking landscape, the accounts and its users around the globe)
• Support treasury projects to optimize, standardize and systemize the treasury processes as well as supporting the expansion of Ceva Logistics
• Onboarding of new subsidiaries: opening of bank accounts recommended by the Corporate Treasury, subscription of bank services, IT tools, internal agreements etc
• Functional setup of the existing tools (Kyriba, Fairways Guarantees, web banking tools etc) in accordance with the security rules;
• Production of weekly/monthly reports/KPI on Treasury matters
• Control of the subsidiaries’ cash forecasts by currency and analysis of the exposure
• Implement and maintain Payment Authorization Matrix

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Master’s degree in Finance/Treasury/Corporate Finance
• From 5 years of experience in an international treasury team or banking or consulting firm
• Outstanding Analytics skills
• English fluency
• Very good communication skills
• Ability to popularise complex subjects
• Capacity to integrate as a team player
• Flexibility, adaptability and agility
