Intervascular SAS, based in La Ciotat in the Bouches-du-Rhône (13), is a subsidiary of the GETINGE group, a global leader in providing solutions for the health and life sciences industries. The company designs and manufactures Class III implantable medical devices (prostheses and vascular patches), distributed and used worldwide to save lives.

As part of a retirement, we are looking for our future:

SITE DIRECTOR (M/F)

Permanent contract starting January 2025

Based in La Ciotat (13)

Reporting to the Vice President of the CVS division, you will take overall management of the company (over 350 employees), with a role as legal representative and strategic leader. Your mission is to ensure the operational, financial, and human performance of the organization in compliance with the strictest standards of the implantable medical device industry.

Your responsibilities are structured around the following areas:

Strategy & Growth

• Define and steer the company's strategy in line with group objectives,
• Identify and develop new growth opportunities, especially internationally,
• Ensure the profitability of the Aortic Graft portfolio and lead R&D initiatives related to innovation.

Operations & Industrial Excellence

• Oversee all industrial operations, supply chain, and quality,
• Ensure regulatory compliance (ISO, FDA…) and required certifications,
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, rigor, and efficiency.

Leadership & Human Resources

• Unite and develop management teams in a demanding environment,
• Support necessary transformations with agility and commitment,
• Maintain constructive social relations (social dialogue, union agreements…).

Finance & Performance Monitoring

• Build and monitor company budgets,
• Manage financial and operational performance,
• Balance strategic investments between innovation, compliance, and efficiency.

Representation & Institutional Relations

• Represent the company to authorities, partners, and group bodies,
• Maintain transparent and engaging communication with all stakeholders.

Desired Profile:

• Higher education: Engineer, Industrial Pharmacist, MBA or equivalent,
• Proven experience (10+ years) in general management or industrial management in the field of implantable medical devices,
• Knowledge of applicable standards (ISO 13485, ISO 14971, ISO 10993, MDR, FDA…),
• Successful experience in change management, product development, and industrial leadership,
• Fluent professional English, fluent French required,
• Natural leadership, ability to inspire and unite, strong sense of responsibility, rigor, and exemplarity.
