How You Will Make a Difference

What you will do:

  1. Build sales by maintaining a consumer-centric mindset and using selling behaviors through genuine interactions with consumers.
  2. Ensure the store is consistently recovered and consumer-ready by meeting brand standards.
  3. Use strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills to exceed sales results.
  4. Regularly interact with consumers within the store, providing a high level of customer service.
  5. Adhere to policies, procedures, and practices that align with company directives.
Skills for Success

What you bring:

  1. Proven communication skills
  2. Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require weekends, evenings, and holidays
  3. Ability to be solution-oriented
  4. Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment
  5. 0-1 years of related professional/retail experience is preferred
  6. A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

Hiring Range: $13.86 USD - $20.79 USD per hour

Minimum Start Rate: $15.00
