You’ll lead projects, guide clients, collaborate with experts, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of work.

• A seasoned C&B or Total Rewards consultant (8-12 years),
• Fluent in French and English
• Strategic, data-driven, and people-focused
• Experienced in performance management, reward system design, and global mobility
• A natural communicator, analytical thinker, and team player
• Driven, curious, and excited by the chance to make a real impact
