As the CBRE Global PEP Procurement Sr. Director, you will oversee the planning and direction of the PEP program globally within the Procurement function, responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods, services, or raw materials from vendors and suppliers.

1. Provide supervision, training, development, and performance evaluations for staff.
2. Manage daily team activities, establish schedules, assign tasks, and mentor staff.
3. Create and implement policies, procedures, and organizational materials.
4. Maintain and improve program governance to ensure compliance.
5. Lead sourcing and procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals.
6. Develop Supplier Relationship Management practices.
7. Communicate and execute global PEP strategies.
8. Prepare reports on departmental KPIs and metrics for executive review.
9. Approve budgets and review vendor requirements.
10. Act as liaison between the business, sourcing, and internal departments.
11. Resolve vendor disputes and develop procurement requirements.
12. Establish long-term procurement planning objectives.
13. Apply industry knowledge and drive performance across disciplines.
14. Negotiate with senior management and external parties.
15. Innovate methods and standards across functions.
16. Resolve complex business problems using critical thinking.
17. Travel approximately 25% and work across multiple time zones.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred; 12-15 years of relevant experience; certifications like C.P.M., C.P.S.M., or N.A.C.M. required.
• Experience in staffing, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong communication skills for handling sensitive information.
• Leadership ability to motivate and achieve operational targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; excellent organizational and mathematical skills.
