The role we are offering you :
The position holder (Senior HRBP) is responsible for aligning the company's objectives with those of employees and management in designated divisions. They manage strategic partnerships in the sectors they support, in addition to providing operational advice and support. They oversee the delivery of HR services, such as talent management, engagement, compensation and benefits, performance management, and change management. The holder is also responsible for employee relations in Canada. Close integration within the company and the HR support team will be necessary.
