After two years of intense AI research and development at Ecole Normale Supérieure and Ecole Centrale Paris, HrFlow.ai was founded in June 2016 to solve labor market and employment challenges at scale using the latest innovations in AI. Having developed proprietary AI and workflow technology from the ground up that unifies HR data silos, identifies the right candidates for the right jobs without bias, and automates it all, HrFlow has secured $3M in funding in 2018 from successful entrepreneurs and investors including Xavier Niel, Dominique Vidal, Romain Niccoli, Jean-Baptiste Rudelle, Franck Le Ouay, and Thibaud Elzière.
We love AI engineering, problem-solving, and business. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Director to lead and scale our people function as we grow from 50 to 200 employees. This high-impact role involves overseeing the entire employee lifecycle — from recruitment to onboarding, career development, compensation, mental health, and retention — while building a strong, inclusive company culture.
