Zusammenfassung
A dynamic sales company is seeking a skilled sales professional to manage B2B sales activities, engage clients, and build a strong sales pipeline. Candidates must be fluent in French and English, with at least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in a tech setting. Strong organizational and CRM skills are needed to succeed in this fast-paced role. The position offers a hybrid work model and several employee benefits.

- Manage inbound and outbound B2B sales activities.
- Engage clients through various communication channels.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Qualify leads and hand over to onboarding team.
- Document all interactions in CRM.
- Track metrics and meet defined targets.

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 09:00-18:00
Salary: excellent + 2,000 BGN target bonus
- Fluent French & English (written / spoken)
- 2+ years in sales (tech / digital ads a plus)
- Experience in business development & lead generation
- CRM knowledge (Salesforce or similar)
- Strong organizational skills, KPI-driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced IT sales environment
- Manage inbound & outbound B2B sales activities
- Engage clients via phone, email, video & social media
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline
- Qualify leads & transfer to onboarding team
- Document all interactions in CRM
- Track metrics, meet targets, follow SLAs
- 50 BGN / month transport & internet allowance
- Night shift compensation (if applicable)
