A dynamic sales company is seeking a skilled sales professional to manage B2B sales activities, engage clients, and build a strong sales pipeline. Candidates must be fluent in French and English, with at least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in a tech setting. Strong organizational and CRM skills are needed to succeed in this fast-paced role. The position offers a hybrid work model and several employee benefits.

Qualifications

Overview

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid)

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 09:00-18:00

Salary: excellent + 2,000 BGN target bonus

Qualifications
  • Fluent French & English (written / spoken)
  • 2+ years in sales (tech / digital ads a plus)
  • Experience in business development & lead generation
  • CRM knowledge (Salesforce or similar)
  • Strong organizational skills, KPI-driven
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced IT sales environment
