Digital Marketing Specialist
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing the digital marketing strategy and initiatives for HARTMANN Region 2 countries (Southern Europe, Middle East, and Africa).
Responsibilities:
- Support the launch and maintenance of products and digital assets platforms.
- Manage digital platform projects according to R2 country launch plans.
- Maintain and update websites using Sitecore CMS.
- Set up, track, and optimize email marketing and marketing automation journeys with an omnichannel approach.
- Set up, track, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google, social media, programmatic, etc.).
- Manage social media content creation, scheduling, posting, and community management for B2B and B2C channels.
- Execute digital activities to enhance project and campaign performance, focusing on awareness, conversion, monetization, and efficiency via digital initiatives.
- Generate reports and dashboards in internal and external platforms as part of digital analytics.
- Implement and supervise SEO initiatives and monitor performance.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing; a master’s degree in digital marketing is desirable.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with a health industry background.
- Training or certification in data protection (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPM, or equivalent) is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of data protection laws, especially GDPR and related regulations.
- Experience implementing data protection policies and ensuring compliance in digital marketing activities.
- Proven experience working with sensitive data and managing customer databases.
- Proficient in oral and written English; knowledge of Italian, French, and Dutch is a plus.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment.
