As the Campaign Marketing Specialist for the x business unit, you will plan and oversee demand generation campaigns. This role involves coordinating all aspects of the campaign, such as budgeting, content creation, team coordination across EMEA, execution, and performance tracking, ensuring it aligns with business goals and reaches the target audience effectively.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead strategic planning and execution for high-performance marketing campaigns
- Manage multi-channel digital campaigns that drive measurable impact
- Oversee key events and webinars to engage and nurture prospects
- Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies aligned with market trends and audience insights
- Generate qualified leads through inbound and outbound marketing tactics, including lead capture forms, gated content, landing pages, and targeted outreach
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to align with sales objectives, product launches, and go-to-market strategies
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across digital channels to meet KPIs like MQLs, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity
- Coordinate with global teams for seamless execution of EMEA campaigns
- Create and localize high-quality content and assets tailored to the audience and campaign goals
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or similar roles with proven results
- Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like search engines and LinkedIn
- Knowledge of digital marketing channels including social media and email marketing
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Knowledge of marketing tools such as HubSpot and Content Management Systems
- Strong strategic and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and French (both written and verbal); Spanish is a plus
- Flexibility to travel as needed
