What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Commercial Partner & Data Analyst with technical skills and business vision to join our Global Business Development Team in our Global Headquarter (Madrid).

Mission

This position will primarily focus on conducting advanced analyses, automating analyses and processes, creating dashboards, templates for presentations, and preparing clear presentations for various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in data management and analysis using tools like Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, etc.) and Power BI (report creation, etc.).
• Develop analytical models and prescriptive analyses while working on automating internal analyses to enhance efficiency.
• Design and automate dashboards and reports that provide a quick and dynamic view of key data.
• Create and maintain PowerPoint templates and presentations to support the communication of results and insights.
• Explore and implement advanced tools and machine learning solutions to address strategic problems innovatively.
• Collaborate with key business areas to understand and effectively address strategic challenges, translating them into data-driven solutions.
• Participate in strategic projects with a direct impact on business decision-making.
• Explore solutions that improve internal processes and communication with teams and stakeholders.

You will need

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 2–3 years’ experience in data analysis, report creation, and process automation.
• Familiarity with preparing templates and presentations for business teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with visualization tools (preferably Power BI).
• Knowledge of Python, R, or SQL for analysis and automation.
• Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into technical solutions.
• Attention to detail and quality orientation in reports and presentations.
• Ability to synthesize and present complex analyses clearly and engagingly.
• Experience in prescriptive analytics.
• Experience in developing business analysis models.
