As a senior professional, you will be responsible for guiding your teams in scoping and designing client projects, supporting day-to-day work, advising clients, and partnering with a manager to further develop client relationships.
Key responsibilities include :
- Running complex projects that integrate qualitative and quantitative research, data analysis, and strategy development
- Designing research to fit client objectives and constraints – drawing on various methods as appropriate
- Leading business insight, strategy, and value propositions into brand and product development
- Serving as a trusted advisor to clients
- Navigating ambiguity and divergent ideas
Required skills and qualifications include :
- Degree in social sciences or business discipline; experience in marketing and strategy is highly valued
- Knowledgeable about the intersection of business and social sciences, with expertise in human insight & foresight methodologies (e.g. ethnography, cultural & semiotic analysis)
- Exceptional communication, writing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling narratives that simplify complex topics
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive strategic decisions
