As part of a strategic initiative, ICFO coordinates a flagship pilot line project with significant investments and a consortium of partners across multiple countries. This project aims to reinforce Europe's autonomy in photonic technologies and accelerate the industrial uptake of cutting-edge integrated photonics. Over the next decade, the pilot line will enable the transfer of advanced technologies to manufacturing environments while fostering innovation and scalability across the European photonics ecosystem.

We are seeking an Administrative Executive to support the Pilot Line Director in implementing and operating the pilot line project. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing resource distribution, economic accounting, and overall project management.

This position is ideal for a professional with extensive experience in financial reporting, coordination, and management of large-scale technological projects.

• Support the Pilot Line Director in distributing and optimizing resources and economic accounting for the pilot line project.
• Oversee cost models and sustainability planning with partners and work package leaders.
• Supervise administrative tasks and assist the PL Director in executing the pilot line plan.
• Assist ICFO's Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in ensuring rigorous financial reporting and compliance.
• Optimize resource utilization for pilot line execution, covering research, development, evaluation, open access, and procurement activities.

Qualifications and Experience Required :

To be successful in this role, you should have :

• A university degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of proven track record in financial coordination and reporting for large-scale, multi-partner publicly funded research projects.
• Experience managing economic resources, cost models, and sustainability planning in complex environments.
• Familiarity with public funding regulations, compliance protocols, and financial auditing requirements.
• Hands-on experience with complex project management.
