• Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain effective communication with both candidates and internal teams.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate progress and status.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Conduct reference checks and assist in the onboarding process where required.
• Stay updated on market trends, global hiring practices, and competitor recruitment activities.

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment assignments and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable using online recruitment platforms, social media, and remote communication tools.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and professional etiquette.

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably for global or remote positions.
• Experience in using applicant tracking systems and handling bulk hiring will be an advantage.

• Evening shift only to cater to international markets.
• Flexible work-from-home arrangement with a performance-based approach.

• Knowledge of global hiring processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
