Sales & Account Manager (Spain)
Responsibilities
Location: Spain (On-Site)
- Execute sales and account management strategy for the Spanish market
- Drive sales growth and manage key accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Spanish market
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
- Follow and achieve KPIs to track sales performance and account management success
Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish; having proficiency in English is an advantage
- Proven experience in sales and account management, ideally in technology, industrial, or renewable energy sectors
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Knowledge of wind energy, drone technology, or industrial inspections is a plus
- On-site presence required – must be based in Spain and available for in-person meetings
- Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
- Ability to follow and meet KPIs while ensuring high performance
Business Development Manager
Business Development Manager
Location: Flexible / Remote
- Execute a pre-defined international business development strategy
- Expand Alerion’s presence in international markets
- Develop strategic partnerships
- Identify and close new business opportunities
- Represent Alerion at industry events and client meetings
- Follow and achieve KPIs to measure business development success
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Experience in international business development, preferably in the wind energy, drone, or industrial services sectors
- Strong strategic thinking skills and capability to develop global partnerships
- Ability to manage long-term client relationships effectively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
- Capacity to monitor and achieve KPIs while ensuring growth targets are met
