Megamo is an international bicycle brand in full expansion, and we are looking for a Customer Support & Technical After Sales Specialist to support our Italian and English-speaking markets and distributors.
- Provide support to customers, distributors, and sales representatives in Italian and English.
- Resolve after-sales incidents efficiently and professionally.
- Offer technical support related to mechanics, warranties, spare parts and product setups.
- Maintain and update technical documentation and spare parts databases.
- Coordinate with the international sales team on operations, orders, deliveries and commercial needs.
- Manage orders, stock availability, inquiries and day-to-day support for the Italian and international markets.
- Participate in training sessions for technical and commercial teams in different markets.
- Previous experience in customer service and after-sales support.
- Strong technical knowledge of bicycles (MTB, road, gravel, e-bikes).
- Fluent Italian + English (Spanish and other languages will be valued).
- Communicative, proactive, problem-solving and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and continuous improvement mentality.
- Experience using B2B platforms and digital tools.
- Residence in Girona or nearby areas (100% on-site position).
