Formación

• Más de 2 años de experiencia en operaciones de clientes o soporte técnico.

About the Role

As a Customer Operations Executive, you’ll play a critical role across the full customer journey – from first contact through installation and aftercare. You’ll provide technical product support, guide customers through EV charger installations, and support the sales team with lead and CRM management.

This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing role where you’ll collaborate closely with technical, sales, and partner teams to deliver a seamless and high‑quality customer experience across Southern European markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for EV charging products to customers and installation partners
• Troubleshoot product and installation issues, collaborating with engineering teams when required
• Guide customers through the EV charger installation process and monitor installer performance
• Manage and assign installation partners based on surveys, availability, and capacity
• Support the sales team by tracking, updating, and qualifying leads in CRM systems
• Create and improve documentation to streamline customer support and reduce inbound queries

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese and Italian, with professional proficiency in English
• 2+ years’ experience in a customer operations, support, or technical support role
• Experience working with CRM and support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom
• Strong communication skills with a customer‑first mindset
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable solving complex, technical problems
• Experience or strong interest in the EV charging, energy, or cleantech sector – a strong advantage

Work Environment

You’ll be based in Barcelona, working in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment. The role offers a hybrid setup, combining office collaboration with remote flexibility.
