We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Sales Manager to accelerate Hosco’s growth across the EMEA region.
In this role, you will own a defined territory, build and execute a commercial strategy, and manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting through closing. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to hospitality employers helping them adopt Hosco’s recruitment and employer branding solutions to meet their talent needs.
Build and execute a territory plan that maximizes market potential across hotels, restaurants, resorts, cruise lines, and other hospitality players.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities with a consultative and solutions-driven approach.
Position Hosco as a long‑term partner in talent acquisition and employer branding.
Lead the full sales process : prospecting, qualification, needs analysis, tailored demos, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
Develop and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers (GMs, HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Managers, Operations Directors, Business Owners).
Leverage business trips, networking events, industry forums and online meetings to expand reach and visibility.
Track pipeline activities and forecasts accurately in Salesforce.
3–5+ years of proven B2B sales experience with SMB and mid‑market clients.
Background in SaaS, HR Tech, Recruitment, or Hospitality Sales strongly preferred.
Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Excellent influencing, negotiation, and closing skills at senior stakeholder level.
Fluent in English + one additional language (Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Arabic).
