An international bicycle brand is seeking a Customer Support & Technical After Sales Specialist for its Italian and English-speaking markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in bicycles, customer service experience, and excellent communication skills in Italian and English. Formación

Megamo is an international bicycle brand in full expansion, and we are looking for a Customer Support & Technical After Sales Specialist to support our Italian and English-speaking markets and distributors.

Responsibilities
  • Provide support to customers, distributors, and sales representatives in Italian and English.
  • Resolve after-sales incidents efficiently and professionally.
  • Offer technical support related to mechanics, warranties, spare parts and product setups.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation and spare parts databases.
  • Coordinate with the international sales team on operations, orders, deliveries and commercial needs.
  • Manage orders, stock availability, inquiries and day-to-day support for the Italian and international markets.
  • Participate in training sessions for technical and commercial teams in different markets.
Profile Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service and after-sales support.
  • Strong technical knowledge of bicycles (MTB, road, gravel, e-bikes).
  • Fluent Italian + English (Spanish and other languages will be valued).
  • Communicative, proactive, problem-solving and results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and continuous improvement mentality.
  • Experience using B2B platforms and digital tools.
  • Residence in Girona or nearby areas (100% on-site position).
