About the Role

You’ll be responsible for the overall management of our Spa and Leisure facilities, leading a team of therapists, lifeguards, fitness staff, and receptionists to deliver exceptional guest experiences. The spa is a key part of our guest offering, and you'll play a central role in shaping its future.

Your Key Responsibilities :

Oversee the daily operations of the spa and leisure centre

Manage and motivate a dynamic team of wellness professionals

Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and guest satisfaction

Drive revenue through creative wellness offerings and membership initiatives

Collaborate with hotel leadership to support wider business goals

What We’re Looking For :

Proven experience in managing a spa and / or leisure facility

Strong leadership and people management skills

A genuine passion for wellness, service, and hospitality

Excellent organisational and communication abilities

Knowledge of health & safety and spa compliance standards
