• Curate and select titles to ensure a diverse and appealing content library.
• Program the storefront and manage linear channels based on business strategy and audience preferences.

• Coordinate with distributors and manage studio avails to ensure content and license availability.
• Handle and coordinate promotional activities with content providers.

• Follow internal procedures to create and manage assets with Operations, Acquisitions, and Studio Providers.
• Maintain the content database, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.

• Analyze title performance and take editorial actions to improve conversion rates.
• Use data-driven insights to optimize content selection and programming strategies.

• Full professional English language.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Deep knowledge of cinema, theater releases, and industry trends.
• Experience in VOD/linear streaming services.
• Experience using CMS tools and managing studio avails.
• Methodical and organized approach to daily tasks.
• Ability to create and follow workflows in order to improve efficiency.
• Comfortable interacting with different internal departments and external providers.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast growth and changing environment.
• University degree required.
