You´ll be the link between the Country Manager, the Operations team, and retail partners. You´ll lead a team of Regional Managers, give direction, inspire them for continuous improvement, coach for growth, and ensure their training while seizing business opportunities. Your focus will be on consistent operational excellence throughout the network and driving like-for-like sales.
As a manager, you will set individual objectives for the team and ensure goals are achieved.
As a team member, you will also be responsible for your own area, developing and managing a portfolio of points of sales to ensure operational excellence throughout your network.
Utilizing internal tools and resources, you should possess business acumen when analyzing stats and figures, identifying weak areas, and sensing opportunities for growth and improvement within the region.
