Qualifikationen

  • Erfahrung in der Lebensmittel- oder Einzelhandelsbranche ist erforderlich.

Jobbeschreibung

You´ll be the link between the Country Manager, the Operations team, and retail partners. You´ll lead a team of Regional Managers, give direction, inspire them for continuous improvement, coach for growth, and ensure their training while seizing business opportunities. Your focus will be on consistent operational excellence throughout the network and driving like-for-like sales.

As a manager, you will set individual objectives for the team and ensure goals are achieved.

As a team member, you will also be responsible for your own area, developing and managing a portfolio of points of sales to ensure operational excellence throughout your network.

Utilizing internal tools and resources, you should possess business acumen when analyzing stats and figures, identifying weak areas, and sensing opportunities for growth and improvement within the region.

Reporting to: Country Manager

Direct reports: Regional Managers

WHAT YOU DO

  1. Develop the overall local operational strategy and execute the annual operational plans for the local markets, responsible for all activities, budgets, and results.
  2. Build strong and lasting relationships with your team and retail partners.
  3. Drive total sales, like-for-like sales, and operational excellence with consistency throughout the network.
  4. Detect and assess market opportunities, establish an action plan with your team, implement, and follow up on the execution and KPIs/ROI.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have a proven track record in a similar position within the food & beverage/hospitality/retail industry with exposure to food safety and quality issues.
  • You possess commercial acumen, strong people skills, and team management experience.
  • You can work in an autonomous environment with minimal supervision.
  • You have the ability to see the big picture and propose out-of-the-box solutions.
  • You are highly motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to work in a fast-growing multicultural environment.
  • You are a problem solver and quick thinker.
