About the role
The Business Planning Partner & Agile Coach (m/f/d) is responsible for ensuring an outcome-oriented evolution of our ways of working through effective planning, preparation, and anticipation of business operations and projects, fostering excellence in execution and cross-functional collaboration. He/She ensures excellence in the overall business outcome and enables the translation of strategy to operations into key performance indicators. The Business Planning Partner & Agile Coach supports the NOVA workstreams to drive an outcome-oriented and customer-centric approach.
Who you’ll work with
The Business Planning Partner & Agile Coach (m/f/d) is part of the GLT and reports directly to the General Manager Germany. Key stakeholders besides the GLT and the GM are Finance & Tax, Regulatory, Quality, Pharmacovigilance and Safety, and other Backbone Teams, the EU LT, and the Patient Impact Maximization (PIM) Team.
