About the role

The Business Planning Partner & Agile Coach (m/f/d) is responsible for ensuring an outcome-oriented evolution of our ways of working through effective planning, preparation, and anticipation of business operations and projects, fostering excellence in execution and cross-functional collaboration. He/She ensures excellence in the overall business outcome and enables the translation of strategy to operations into key performance indicators. The Business Planning Partner & Agile Coach supports the NOVA workstreams to drive an outcome-oriented and customer-centric approach.

Who you’ll work with

The Business Planning Partner & Agile Coach (m/f/d) is part of the GLT and reports directly to the General Manager Germany. Key stakeholders besides the GLT and the GM are Finance & Tax, Regulatory, Quality, Pharmacovigilance and Safety, and other Backbone Teams, the EU LT, and the Patient Impact Maximization (PIM) Team.

What you’ll do

• Local governance and business planning: Coordinating operations and planning processes to achieve incremental business impact.
• Agile values and principles: Designing and facilitating workshops and training sessions to promote agile methodologies.
• Stakeholder collaboration: Enhancing cooperation among key stakeholders to foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and learning from failures.
• Compliance and quality: Ensuring all activities adhere to the code of conduct, healthcare regulations, and legal requirements.

• Proven track record as a certified Agile Coach
• Strong networking, interpersonal & social skills
• Proven Change Management Skills
• Strategic, conceptual, and analytical skills
• Professional fluency in German & English
