As a Full Stack Software Developer, you will develop and refine software solutions central to our business. This role offers a pathway to leadership as a Chief Software Architect / Engineer.

Short Term:

• Design and implement innovative software programs and systems.
• Engage in all phases of software development, from concept to deployment and support.
• Troubleshoot and optimize applications for functionality and user experience.
• Maintain and improve existing software based on user feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development with business strategy.

Long Term:

• Identify and resolve system-wide challenges.
• Lead planning and implementation of new software projects.
• Enhance software architecture for scalable growth.
• Maintain high standards of software quality and reliability.

What You Bring:

Essential:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in full stack development with Python, Java, C++, AngularJS, Git.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methods.

Preferred:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of real-time data processing and multithreading.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Excellent communication in English and German.
