We are looking for a motivated Installer (m/f/d) for the assembly of photovoltaic systems who enjoys working in a team. • Supporting the team in assembly work according to the instructions of the supervisor (assembly of substructures, installation of photovoltaic modules, and DC-side cabling at various locations)

• Participating in quality controls and ensuring work is carried out according to standards.

• Maintenance of work materials and active participation in training for professional development.

• Completed training in the PV sector or initial experience in the assembly of solar systems - especially in single-family homes up to 30 kWp.

• Basic understanding of assembly and installation work as well as teamwork skills.

• Openness to new technologies and procedures as well as knowledge of tools and materials.

• Proficiency in German and at least some English.

• Driver's license that is valid in Germany

• Willingness to coach colleagues if necessary and comfortable working with international colleagues.

• Above-average pay, which we will discuss during the first interview.
