Key Responsibilities

• Implementation of shipping activities for biological materials
• Preparation of shipping documentation
• Submission of applications for valuation and classification of shipping goods
• Coordination of sample flow for stability testing and process analytical orders within the analytical functions
• Interaction with local and global interfaces from other departments and external service providers
• Creation and tracking of analytical orders

Your profile

• Successfully completed training in a scientific discipline or comparable training (in physics, pharmaceutical technology, packaging technology, biotechnology, process engineering, plastics technology, materials science, materials testing)
• Proficient in the use of common MS Office applications
• Good communication skills in German and English
• Strong teamwork skills and a results-oriented way of working
