We are growing our nurse team at NPH! We are adding Registered Nurses (RNs) for all shifts to help us provide life-changing care for those receiving treatment for behavioral and mental health symptoms. We are looking for RNs for day only. Shifts are 12-hours with rotating weekends. We would love for you to join us and save lives!

• New hourly rates between $40 - $45 per hour based on experience
• $5 per hour night shift differential, $7 weekend day shift (Sat and Sun), and $10 weekend night shift differential

The RN functions under general supervision and direction of the Director of Nursing and the Chief Executive Officer to:

• Plan, direct, evaluate, and document all aspects of patient care, in accordance with regulatory requirements, established policy, and hospital values and philosophy.
• Assess the needs of patients and initiate, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.
• Relate effectively with other shifts for continuity of care and maintain satisfactory relations with other departments and nursing units.
• Participate in all phases of education, maintenance of records, and skills of personnel.

We are looking for exceptional talent who demonstrates exceptional compassion. Must be passionate about quality patient care and serving an underserved population.

Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

Certification: Registered Nurse by the State of Indiana.

Experience: At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in psychiatric care, mental or behavioral health, or addiction recovery. Med/surg, ER, ICU, and LTAC experience is also valuable!
