What You'll Do :

As a pivotal member of our team, you'll dive deep into the heart of our product development, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to define and execute groundbreaking design solutions. You'll :

• Innovate & Elevate : Transform complex ad tech requirements into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that drive revenue and enhance user engagement.
• Own the Experience : From initial concept to final hand-off, you'll spearhead the design process, creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and site maps that communicate your vision with clarity and precision.
• Shape the Future : Identify opportunities to optimize existing user journeys and design components, continuously refining our platforms for unparalleled usability.
• Champion User-Centricity : Conduct robust user research and leverage feedback to inform and validate your design decisions, ensuring every solution is finely tuned to user needs.
• Articulate & Influence : Present and defend your design concepts to peers and executive stakeholders, articulating your rationale with confidence and compelling storytelling.

What You Bring to Playwire :

You're more than just a designer; you're a problem-solver with an exceptional eye for detail and a proven track record in the ad tech or SaaS / PaaS space.

• Ad Tech Acumen : Demonstrated UI / UX design experience specifically within the ad tech industry or highly complex SaaS / PaaS environments is a must. You understand the nuances of publisher tools, monetization platforms, and data visualization.
• Design Mastery : A strong portfolio showcasing relevant UI design skills, including proficiency in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps.
