Job Description
- This role sits within the Global Cyber Security – AI Transformation team and plays a critical role at the very start of the product lifecycle.
- The designer will help define experiences for AI-driven and LLM-powered internal security products, often starting from a blank slate with little to no existing UX artifacts.
- Operating in a factory-style delivery model, this position requires a strong product mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to translate loosely defined business problems into clear, usable design solutions.

- Create end-to-end UX/UI concepts for AI-driven and LLM-powered applications
- Define user flows, interaction patterns, and UI frameworks from scratch
- Design experiences without pre-existing personas, journeys, or artifacts
- Collaborate with AI Engineers to support LLM proof-of-concepts
- Work closely with Application Development teams to productionize designs
- Communicate design rationale clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Advocate for user-centered, business-driven design decisions throughout the lifecycle
Must Have
- Strong UX and UI design experience (both equally important)
- Advanced Figma proficiency, including:
- High-fidelity design execution
- Component-based and design-system thinking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to work with:
- Poorly defined or ambiguous requirements
- Multiple domains and user personas
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking and problem-solving, not just visual output
- Awareness of modern UX patterns, especially:
- Chat-based interfaces
- Conversational UX
- AI-driven product experiences (conceptual understanding minimum)
Nice to Have
- Technical writing exposure, including:
- UI copy and labeling
- Design or product documentation
- API documentation familiarity (bonus)
- Experience with:

- Chatbots and conversational dashboards
- Data visualization concepts
- Interest in frontend development (optional / unicorn skill, not mandatory)
