• The Senior SAP BTP & Fiori Solution Architect will provide technical leadership across SAP Business Technology Platform and SAP Fiori landscapes.
• This role is responsible for defining clean-core extensibility standards, guiding SAP UX architecture, enabling S/4HANA PCE migration, and designing secure, scalable enterprise integrations.
• The architect will act as the technical anchor across stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams to ensure a future‑ready HR ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the overall SAP Business Technology Platform architecture for extensions, integrations, workflows, and automation.
• Establish clean‑core extensibility standards using side‑by‑side extensions, CAP‑based services, SAP BTP Integration Services, and modern development frameworks.
• Lead architectural decisions on runtime environments, security models, identity architecture, and CI/CD methodologies.
• Ensure the technical architecture supports a clean, scalable, and future‑ready HR ecosystem.
• Architect and guide delivery of SAP Fiori applications across employee self‑service, manager self‑service, HR operations, and specialized HR processes.
• Define SAP Fiori UX standards including Launchpad architecture, role‑based access, and lifecycle governance.
• Ensure high usability, workforce adoption, and alignment with SAP UX best practices.
• Serve as the technical lead for ECC HCM to S/4HANA PCE migration initiatives.
• Collaborate with functional teams to identify modernization opportunities, integration impacts, and target‑state architecture changes.
• Assess existing custom developments, enhancements, and interface dependencies to support optimized migration.
• Design and govern integrations between S/4HANA and internal or third‑party systems including SFTP, NAS repositories, mainframe platforms, payroll vendors, and enterprise applications.
• Define modern API‑driven, event‑based, and cloud integration patterns using SAP Integration Suite or equivalent middleware.
• Establish standards for security, encryption, data exchange, error handling, and integration monitoring.
• Act as the primary technical liaison with IT leadership, HR stakeholders, SAP product teams, and system integrators.
• Lead architecture workshops, technical design sessions, and solution walkthroughs to drive alignment and approvals.
• Enforce SAP clean‑core principles, cloud extensibility standards, secure development practices, and integration best practices.
• Oversee end‑to‑end solution quality through design reviews, code assessments, and integration testing oversight.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and data protection requirements.
• Develop architecture blueprints, interface catalogs, security models, and migration design documentation.
• Lead knowledge transfer and enablement sessions to support operational readiness and handover.
