As a Client Account Specialist, you’ll play a key role in developing client relationships, uncovering new sales opportunities, and providing unparalleled customer service.

Client Account Specialist’s Key Responsibilities:

1. Dive into the full sales cycle, from onboarding new clients to managing existing accounts and recommending service enhancements.
2. Increase efficiency by maintaining proactive follow-ups with potential clients to keep the pipeline active.
3. Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships to boost client satisfaction, attract new business, and drive revenue growth.
4. Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns both in person and over the phone.
5. Handle sensitive information with care, ensuring all client interactions are accurately documented in line with company policies.
6. Track and analyze sales performance metrics, reporting results to senior management and adjusting strategies to meet sales goals.

Requirements:

1. 2-5 years of experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles.
2. A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to connect with clients and handle objections effectively.
4. A competitive mindset and a passion for success.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, with minimal supervision.
6. This is a full-time, in-office position, and a daily commute to our office is required.
