A leading facility management company in Toronto is seeking a Crew Lead to oversee Technicians in delivering maintenance services for facility systems. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in facility operations and maintenance, along with strong leadership skills. This role requires a high school diploma, technical certifications, and the ability to work on multiple sites, ensuring safety and client satisfaction.

TheCrew Lead is responsible for overseeing a team of Technicians in the delivery of preventative and corrective maintenance, routine and on-demand services on facility mechanical and electrical equipment and systems for multiple facilities. The Crew Lead is responsible for overseeing the execution of activities performed by Technicians to ensure that work is performed in accordance to established processes and practices and is in compliant with all internal and external requirements including but not limited to environmental, health and safety, fire protection. In addition to people leadership responsibilities, the Crew Lead also performs and delivers preventative and corrective maintenance as well as routine and on-demand services.

MINIMUM EDUCATION: High school completion plus a specialized technical or business course
JOB-RELATED EXPERIENCE: More than three years up to five years
