Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • Build an effective QA team, mentor the team and efficiently manage the resources to support the projects and ensure quality delivery.
  • Guide and provide feedback on team member's performance and behavior.
  • Support EGM on hiring process with acquisition of new talents.
  • Define test strategy and test plan based on software development plan for the projects.
  • Work with the team to design detailed test cases and setup the test environment.
  • Develop test tools and test scripts to automate the testing.
  • Prepare test report, provide initial issue analysis, and contribute to defect prevention.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of test processes and methodologies.

Required Skills and Experience

10+ years of software quality assurance or test experience in mobile or automotive industry, 3+ years of experience in testing Android code, 3 years as a Scrum lead, Product owner or Team Lead.

  • Solid knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies and tools.
  • Strong experience with test automation framework (e.g.: Robot Framework / Appium).
  • Programming skills in common languages, such as Python, JAVA.
  • Knowledge of Scrum/Agile software development process.
  • Knowledge of connectivity technologies.
  • Experience with vehicle communication network protocols (CAN, Ethernet) as a plus.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate the teams, work efficiently and deliver on time in a fast‑paced work environment.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, coordination skills, and interpersonal skills.
Education and Training

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent field.

Advanced degrees and certifications preferred.
