Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience managing teams of 20+ staff.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Comfortable working outdoors in variable and sometimes extreme conditions.
Responsabilités
Recruit, hire, and manage a team of up to 35 seasonal staff.
Schedule team based on business levels and operational needs.
