Job summary
A popular fast-food chain in Sicamous, British Columbia is looking for an Operations Manager to evaluate daily operations, supervise and train staff, and ensure the highest customer service standards. The role requires a secondary school graduation certificate and at least one year of experience in a management role. This permanent position offers 30 to 40 hours of work per week in a fast-paced environment, focusing on quality, reliability, and efficient operations.
Qualifications
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a relevant role.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate daily operations.
- Monitor revenues to determine labour cost.
- Recruit staff and set work schedules.
- Supervise staff and conduct performance reviews.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns.
