The Project Manager will be a key member of our CRM team, collaborating with the Accounts and Technology teams to define project scope, processes, timelines, and budgets. They should be capable of solving problems and providing alternative solutions as changes occur.

1. Develop, maintain, and execute project plans from initiation through implementation, deployment, and post-production phases.
2. Identify, communicate, monitor, and respond to risks throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Communicate effectively to set clear expectations regarding deliverables and timelines.
4. Monitor and control project change requests, assessing their impact on scope, schedule, and costs.
5. Collaborate with account services on project cost estimation, budget tracking, and reconciliation reporting.
6. Understand the agency’s operational processes, providing ongoing training to project team members.

• Deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including experience with Campaign Manager, Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Marketing Cloud Connect.
• Strong knowledge of Audience Segmentation in Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Experience with data integration, including imports, cleansing, and validation within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Excellent communication skills to ensure alignment with clients and stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to foster a collaborative, results-oriented environment.

• 3-5 years of Project Management experience in a CRM agency, with a proven record managing complex Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects.
• Understanding of CRM campaign development, data management, and integration processes.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence.
• Ability to collaborate across disciplines and resolve technical issues.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or in teams in a fast-paced environment.
