Project Manager
Fredericton, NB
1 Year Contract

15 Years of experience as a project manager working on Information Technology projects.
5 Years of experience in full lifecycle delivery using Agile
5 Years of experience working with and leading cross functional business and technical teams that include a mix of in-house and external resources and stakeholders.
2 Years of experience in change management activities - developing a plan outlining how the project organizational change will be managed.
5 Years of experience in cost estimating, resource planning, reporting and project time management skills.
Knowledge of IT system concepts and how they impact business processes.
Certificate Proof Required: Project Management Professional (PMP)/Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)/PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)/PRINCE2 designation.
2 Years of experience as a project manager in life cycle delivery using Agile supported by Azure DevOps to lead team activities, such as daily standups, program increment (PI) planning, iteration/sprint planning, conducting retrospectives, administration of team backlogs, collaboration with product owners, and removal of impediments to success for the team
2 Years of experience as a SCRUM master.
