Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships for repeat business.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during and after sales.
• Create comprehensive purchase plans including protection and charges.
• Participate in monthly coaching with supervisors.
• Maintain store housekeeping and detail duties.
• Act as a brand ambassador in your community.
• Follow Tepperman’s selling strategies.
• Contribute to a positive store culture.
• Uphold company standards related to your role.
